Constant Contact is a subscription-based service that helps you market your business online via email. I was fortunate enough to get to sign up for a free 60-day trial through my Web Technologies class, and get a taste for what the site has to offer. In doing so, I found lots of cool features and strategies to help market my business. Among their tools is the ability to create an email newsletter, which can be automatically sent to fans of your business/company. Newsletters are a great way to communicate with your customers and provide updates. People that sign up for newsletters nowadays usually have them sent to their email. When you subscribe to a newsletter, you can usually expect to receive an email for it every "x" amount of weeks.
Since I was creating a newsletter for a fake business, I didn't really have many people to share it with besides my teacher and a few people within my personal circle. Regardless, I really enjoyed getting to create the newsletter for my class and customizing the layout to fit my brand. Featured in my newsletter are specific sections that correspond to the current month and business plan (e.g., the upcoming events, featured products, and business partnerships). I did my best to make it look as professional as possible, with an emphasis on being informative and succinct with my descriptions. You can take a glimpse of what it looks like below (picture was stitched together through individual screenshots taken within my email).
